RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, in its original packaging and tags within 7 days of delivery provided the merchandise is in its original and saleable condition with original invoice. Any defect or complaints can be referred to the company’s customer care number +919082976676 (between 10.00am and 5.00pm) on working days. The customer’s complaints will be redressed as soon as possible. The customer may return the product (unless the product is specified non returnable) within 7 days of delivery with the original invoice. The company will refund the money net off freight paid by it on such returns. After the merchandise is received by Marcos.in, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund/exchange within 30 working days of receipt of the merchandise. Refunds of payments will be credited to customers bank account. For those payments by credit card, refund will be credited back to the Cardholder's credit card account, which was used to pay for the original order, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. In the case of nationalized banks, a delay can be expected for the refund to be visible in the account. We do not return or exchange Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards, Undergarments, Altered Garments, Furniture, Dry Fruits, Food & Beverages items, Beauty & Cosmetic Products and any other products specially specified for hygiene and other reasons.
